Chat Chronicles – (not so) usual day of Customer Happiness agent

Marko will share some funny (and other) conversations he had during his chat sessions in providing help to different type of customers.

The most of these are funny and intended to make people smile, but also, its purpose would be to help other Customer Happiness agents see how to act in some inappropriate situations (rude customers for example).
